Registration and Payment Terms
To reserve a course spot, the registration fee of €30.00 and the full course fee must be paid in advance no later than 10 days before the course begins.

Withdrawal and Cancellation
If a written cancellation is received no later than 10 days before the course starts, the paid course fee will be refunded. If the written cancellation is received later than 10 days before the course begins, a processing fee of €20.00 will be charged. No refunds will be provided for non-attendance or early withdrawal from a course.

Course Organization
A minimum of 5 participants is required to conduct a course as planned. If the necessary number of participants is not reached, the paid course fee will be refunded. Alternatively, the agreed course start date may be postponed, or the course may be held at an amended price.For individual lessons, the registration is binding with a deposit of €50.00. Cancellations or changes to the agreed individual lessons must be communicated to the office at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, the agreed individual lesson not attended will still be charged.The contract automatically ends upon the specified course end date. No classes are held on weekends and official holidays, unless they are scheduled weekend courses.

Responsibilities of the Participant
Participants are advised to obtain adequate health, accident, and liability insurance. Marabu Hebrew School assumes no liability in this regard. Participants must adhere to the course and house rules in effect at Marabu Hebrew School.

Liability of Marabu Hebrew School
Liability for personal and property damage on the part of Marabu Hebrew School is limited to willful misconduct and gross negligence. In particular, Marabu Hebrew School is not liable for disruptions caused by force majeure, negligence, or other reasons beyond its control.

Data Protection
Participants consent to Marabu Hebrew School collecting and processing their data electronically for the purpose of proper registration and billing procedures.

The place of jurisdiction is Berlin.
